I have an addition to the list of things that I've learned:

Apparently some people, adults, have no idea how to use a washroom. To be more specific, some people cannot operate the faucets and/or keep water in a sink. For short people such as myself, this is not merely an annoyance. I have to reach for the paper towels and soap (I'm sure that's something else some people don't know how to use), and I'm always leaning into sinkpuddles, soaking my shirt and/or pants. When this happens, I often wonder if people think that I'm incontinent. It looks like I've peed myself. And I haven't. Really.
